These terms, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, govern SysFix IT Support's relationship with you concerning this website.

“SysFix Group”, "SysFix", and "SysFix IT Support" are registered trademarks. Any use of these trademarks without explicit licence, permission, or authorisation is prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms.

All trademarks reproduced on this website that are not our property, or licensed to us, are duly acknowledged.

3. Domain Name Transfers

  • A transfer fee of £75.00 per domain is applicable.
  • You must provide all required information as requested by SysFix IT Support LTD (e.g., contact information, nameserver details).
  • You must update the Administrative Contact's email address at your current registrar to a valid address you control.
  • Transfer approval will be sought via email to the Administrative Contact. The transfer will only be initiated upon receipt of this approval.
  • Once initiated, the losing registrar has five (5) days to accept or deny the transfer request.

4. Service Terms & Fees

Appointments

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations. SysFix Group reserves the right to charge a fee of £135.00 + VAT for cancellations made outside this notice period or for missed appointments. An invoice will be issued automatically.

On-Site Support

On-site support visits are subject to a minimum fee, covering the engineer's time, travel, and associated costs. This fee applies regardless of whether the problem is rectified on-site.

Remote Support

Remote support is billed for the first hour and each subsequent half-hour. Engineers are committed solely to your issue for the duration of the support session.

Laptop Screen Parts

A limited 7-day guarantee applies to parts provided for laptop screens, including tubes, screens, inverters, and buttons/switches.

Parts Returns

All parts can be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 25% restocking fee (minus original shipping costs). This does not affect your statutory rights. A 12-month warranty applies to faulty equipment unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

All subscription services (e.g., IT Support Contracts, Hosting, Office 365) have a minimum 12-month term and auto-renew. If a service is cancelled, no refund will be given, and the remainder of the contract period will become due immediately.

Payments & Invoicing

  • A 3% surcharge is applied to all business credit and debit card payments.
  • We no longer accept cheques as a form of payment.
  • Interest will be charged on invoices that are overdue by more than 7 days from the invoice date.

5. General Provisions

Unauthorised Use: Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
