The level of service we provide
When you sign up with us, we invest in the necessary software licences to expertly manage your systems—some of which are on annual plans. While we offer a risk-free option to cancel within the first month if you’re not completely satisfied, licence costs will be passed on.

All our IT contracts include a full set of terms and conditions of service. Adding an additional device for example will incure extra work, licences and management, so yes, we'll adjust that when it happens.
All our services are priced as remotely managed. It's rare we need to be on-site so as such, we don't factor in costly IT visits in our pricing. Instead, we invoice for these as and when required. Equally, there are lots of optional extras to add to your plan such as website hosting which aren't included as standard.
We operate during core business hours to keep prices low. Extended hours mean extended costs.
However we do provide pre-scheduled weekend and out of hours cover to assist with office moves or larger projects.
Of course, we won't leave you stranded if you have a major technical outage. You'll have access to your account manger so we'll be able to assist you subject to availability.
Managed IT service contracts are typically set to a 12-month term, providing stability and consistency in the support we deliver. At the end of each contract term, the agreement will automatically renew for another 12 months unless notice of cancellation is received in advance.
This ensures uninterrupted service and allows us to continue managing your systems proactively without any administrative delays.
