Paul Stanbra is the founder and Managing Director of SysFix IT Support, a London-based IT services company established in 2003. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Paul previously served as the European IT Manager at Fleishman Hillard, where he managed a large network of over 400 workstations and 20 servers.
His expertise spans a wide range of IT domains, including Microsoft Windows support, server management, virtualization, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery planning. Under his leadership, SysFix offers comprehensive IT support services to both business and residential clients, with a focus on managed IT services, remote support, and fixed-price support packages.
The company is known for its customer-centric approach and high retention rates, as well as its status as a Microsoft Certified Partner.
Beyond his professional work, Paul Stanbra is deeply involved with the Army Cadet Force (ACF), where he serves as a Sergeant Instructor. Having missed the opportunity to join the cadets in his youth, Paul became an adult volunteer to help young people develop essential life skills.
His contributions include teaching cadets fieldcraft, leadership, and teamwork, and he was promoted to Sergeant Instructor by the Mayor of Brighton, Jackie O'Quinn, in recognition of his dedication and completion of adult training.
